The Design Phase involves choosing the Screens for your Survey. A MetroQuest Survey includes 5 Screens in total.
After the Create Phase, you can access your Survey through the Survey Overview by clicking on your newly created Survey on Home.
From the Survey Overview, you can select the “Pick Screens” button and a pop-up will prompt you to pick five Screens that will be used on your Survey.
For each Screen, you will have the option to either create a “New Screen” or “Copy Existing” (i.e. Copy from a pre-existing Survey). Selecting one will open a menu with possible Screen options. Clicking on the eyeball icon located on the top right of the Screen will provide you with a larger view of that Screen.
Selecting a Screen from the menu will save your selection and appear on the tabs above. The 1st and 5th Screen will always be the Welcome and Wrap Up Screen. There are 12 different Screen types to choose from for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Screens.
Once you have finalized your Screen selection, you can click on the “Confirm Design” button located on your Survey Overview to move on to the Build Phase. If you want to make changes to your selections during the Build Phase, you can do this by using the “Reorder/Replace Screen” function located on your Survey Overview.
