How to Clear Cache

If you are experiencing challenges with slow website loading, especially using the editing tool, try switching browsers to improve your speed. Did you know that MetroQuest Studio is optimized for Google Chrome?

Clearing Cache and Cookies: Your browser tends to hold onto information, and over time it could cause problems with logging in or opening websites. It is always a good idea to clear out the cache, or browser history, and clear cookies on a regular basis. The drawback to this is that your saved usernames and passwords will be deleted and you'll need to re-enter them. But on the plus side, your privacy is more secure and your browser will work better!

If you find your content is not saving while you are using Studio Editor, please try to clear your cache on your browser.  If you are still having issues, please contact support@metroquest.com.
