Pre-Launch Checklist

If you’re looking to expedite the final Pre-Launch phase in any way possible, or if you think you’re ready to hit that Final Approval button but want to be sure, take a look at the items below!

Manage Survey

 
  • Does your Survey have a Survey title? This title displays in the browser as well as the Studio.
  • Does your Survey have a Survey banner? This is visible above your Survey. Survey banner is independent of the Survey title. If you want to assign a unique Survey banner, please edit the Survey Banner text field. Survey banner is often used to provide dial-in support phone numbers. 
  • Have you added your Project Site URL? Having your project site available allows you to communicate updates long after the survey closes, providing potential for follow-up and searchability.

Sharing Tools

MetroQuest Surveys include sharing tools for you and your participants to make sharing your Site easier on Facebook and Twitter.

Have you selected your own colors or chosen preset colors from our pallet?

Privacy

 
Are email text boxes set as a private variable?

Questions that ask for information that can identify an individual. Questions marked as private are kept separate from reports that aggregate the responses. This variable should be used when asking for email addresses.

Do your images take too long to load? If so, please use our auto-resize feature.
