Review Survey

The Review Survey feature guides you through an automated assessment to ensure that your survey is free of errors or missing content. This feature allows you to check your survey, screen by screen, and finalize it into the Pre-Launch phase without any remaining corrections. The Review Survey feature assists our support team in accelerating the testing process and launching your survey faster.

Text Section

The text section helps you find any missing text content and wording that is longer than the recommended number of characters. This section has two different warning messages:

  • Red warning signs identify text content that must be edited. (i.e., missing content) before survey finalization.

  • Orange warning signs display text content that is too long and exceeds the area’s recommended text length; it’s optional for you to edit the content. Please note that we recommend keeping your text content short and concise for successful engagement and simplified data reporting.

You can simply click on each item to make a suitable change.

  • Orange warning signs show image content that is too large or small for recommended image size; it is optional to edit the content. Please note that we suggest keeping your image content within the recommended size to optimize the participant experience and ensure a quality survey.

Like mentioned in the Text Section, you can click on each item to modify an image.

Finalize Survey

Once you have corrected outstanding errors, you can finalize your survey for the Pre-Launch phase. If any outstanding errors have not been corrected, you will be prompted with a warning explaining that it's strongly recommended you fix them before continuing.
