If you need to modify a Survey after it has launched, we need to guarantee that the initial dataset structure remains intact.
- Our process is to create a new version and replace the original. Creating two datasets to prevent data issues!
- Once the new version is built, you can go and make all changes needed!
- Hit the Final Approval button to start Pre-Launch to confirm that all modifications are stable and tested.
- In the end, you will have two separate data sets. You can blend these later in Excel.
- In the Analyze Phase, you will merge all relevant datasets yourself.
